Assalamualaikum...

Erm,joging,joging n joging..msuk arini dh 2mggu ak n mimi joging skitar kwsn UiTM..huhu..Mggu first ak joging, brat ak trun 3.5kg iaitu dr 56kg ke 52.5kg..huhu..b'kurg gk lmak n kalori dlm bdn ak ni en??urm,tp yg sdihnye lpas 2mggu ak jog, brat ak juz trun 0.5kg je..ish,gram tol la..pnt ak joging tiap2 ptg tp trunnye seciput je..tp xpe,bru 2mggu en??lom lg 2,3bln..yg xcyenye, b'jye gk aku jlnkn misi ak ni 2mggu b'turut2 kcuali ari ujan..huh,cm xcye je sbb azam ak ni dirncg sjak lpas rye aidilfitri lg tp skunk bru b'mule..

Tujuan utame ak joging ni bknla smte2 nk kurus or trunkn brat bdn tp adlh utk ksihtn..cewah..heheh..tp btol la beb..lgpun ak bknla gmok sgt smpai prlu diet en???tp ksihtn prlu dijge agr diri n bdn kite sntiase shat n leh elak dr kne pnyakit en??lg 1 sbb ak joging adlh sbb nk shut cbrn some1 yg tlh m'cbr ak utk trunkn brat smpai ke 45 kg..perghh,gle la..leh ke ak trunkn smpai ke 45???insyaALLAH leh lau b'usahe n tkad en???hehe..Menu ak sjak mngamalkn jog ni adlh sprti brikut..hehe :-

2) xnk mkn mknn brat mlm2
3) bykkn mkn sup
4) bykkn mkn buah2an
5) bykkn minum air mineral
6) kurgkn mkn mknn b'minyak n b'goreng
7) kurgkn mkn mknn pdas
8) xnk mkn nsi n byk karbohidrat

Hope b'jye la misi ak yg 1 ni n m'buahkn hsil en???gdluck 4 u fiera...chaiyok2..
